Pueblo

It is based on the oldest "bucketta manufacturing method" of the classic plant tannin tanning methods. Pueblo is an Italian word for a village of Pueblo Indians, which expresses an ethnic look by hand-rubbing the gin side (front side) with a delicate pattern by Tanner. increase. As a result, a lot of scrutiny remains and the taste comes out firmly, so you can enjoy the secular change that you can not taste with normal scrutiny. When tanning, it is soaked with plenty of beef tallow, which is not normally used. Beef tallow has been omitted from the viewpoint of cost and efficiency, but it is used without hesitation based on the idea that "beef oil is the most compatible with cows". This oil slowly soaks into the leather during aging and takes time to bring out the goodness of the material.

The dyeing is dyed to maintain the natural and rustic surface of cowhide. Because of the light makeup, small scratches and wrinkles on the surface of the leather are hard to hide, and because it is delicate, it has the disadvantage that it is easy to get nail scratches, but as you continue to use it, the surface becomes glossy and the color becomes darker. Scratches and dirt will gradually become less noticeable.

It is a unique Italian leather that each person can enjoy different aging.

Pueblo BOX

Wrinkled cowhide that gives grain to the gin side (front side) of "Pueblo". Since the degree of graining differs depending on the leather quality, there are some areas where the grain is strong and some areas where the grain is relatively small even with the same leather. Therefore, even if the same product is used, the amount of grain is completely different, so it is an item that you can enjoy a special feeling that no one is the same. In addition, it is a big feature that you can enjoy unique aging because the aging changes greatly depending on the degree of graining. BOX processing to Pueblo is Dove & Olive's original Italian leather.
* The tanning process and dye finish are the same as Pueblo.

Liscio

It is based on the oldest "bucketta manufacturing method" of the classic plant tannin tanning methods. Liscio means smooth and smooth in Italian, and as the name suggests, the expression on the gin side (front side) has a smooth finish that makes you feel the warmth and transparency peculiar to tanned leather. .. The more you use it, the more glossy it becomes, and you can enjoy the natural color that is unique to Italy. When tanning, it is soaked with plenty of beef tallow, which is not normally used. Beef tallow has been omitted from the viewpoint of cost and efficiency, but it is used without hesitation based on the idea that "beef oil is the most compatible with cows". Mirage

It is a cowhide that luxuriously uses only the finest part of the fiber (double butts) with tannin tanning and dye finish (back treatment). Because it uses vegetable tannins as a tanning agent, it is warmer than chrome tanned leather and has less pollution problems. It is made by the most classic method. The unique luster of Mirage is due to the casein finish.

Made using only carefully selected raw hides that are thick and have a high fiber density. It is not just thick leather, but it is an Italian leather that has a profound feeling, has a high fiber density, does not dent even if it is used for a long time, and has suppleness.

Nume leather (domestic leather)

Features: Tatsuno, Hyogo Prefecture, where many Japanese cowhide tanners gather. It is a domestic leather that I found by visiting Mr. Tanner in Tatsuno one by one. From my experience of seeing many Italian leathers, I chose the leather that best suits the front, strain, back, odor and Dove & Olive products. The tanning is a vegetable tannin tanning, which is rotated and tanned in a huge wooden barrel called a drum.

The surface is not dyed and has a natural and rustic leather color of cowhide. On top of that, in the Dove & Olive atelier, a special oil is applied so that it changes over time.

It is a unique domestic leather that each person can enjoy different aging.

By adding this extra effort, you can soften the crisp surface tension of the leather and make it more familiar. It is a domestic leather that does not lose its shape even when used, yet is soft and fits in your hand, so you can fully enjoy the daily changes.
